Josh Stephens
Josh Stephens is a native Odessan who grew up in the Permian Basin. After graduating from Odessa High School, he received his Bachelor's Degree in History from Dallas Baptist University. While attending DBU, Josh worked in the university's International Office, spending four years getting to know students from all over the world.
After graduating from DBU, Josh moved to Waco, TX to attend Baylor Law School. Josh was active in the Moot Court and Practice Court programs, which provided real-world, hands-on training in litigation and advocacy. He graduated in 2011 with a concentration in Criminal Practice.
After law school, Josh returned to West Texas to help serve the legal needs of the Permian Basin. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, American Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association and Ector County Young Lawyers Association. Josh is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, as well as in federal court in the Western District of Texas.
